Casa Madridista (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is the official Real Madrid fan club app. This page explains how you can request that your Casa Madridista account and associated data are deleted. This information is provided in line with Google Play’s requirements and our Privacy Policy.
Follow these steps to request deletion of your Casa Madridista account and associated data:
Send an email from the email address linked to your Casa Madridista account to:

When you request account and data deletion, Casa Madridista will delete or irreversibly anonymise the following data that we hold:

| App-stored data | Authentication tokens (including those managed by Supabase), cached user data, and other data we store on our systems that is linked to your account |
We will also instruct our systems to remove or anonymise your data from our active and backup systems within the 30-day period, except where retention is required by law (see below).
We may keep certain data for longer only when we are required or permitted by law. This may include:

Any such data will be kept only for the minimum period required and will not be used for marketing or general app operations.
Some of your data is also processed by third-party services. Casa Madridista will delete or anonymise the data we hold, but the following may retain their own copies according to their policies:
